For most of us women, weight loss is a psychological journey firstly, and then it’s about physical transformation.

No matter, how much fat you have, if you are determined to make this happen, you are going to meet your goals.

The very first step in weight loss is to believe in yourself, willpower and efforts.

Don’t feel de-motivated if you are extremely overweight, because the more you weigh at the beginning of your journey, the more remarkable the changes you are going to encounter.

These kinds of food are really stomach filling and also satisfying, it helps in reducing calories consumption.

So what you need to do is to switch to a healthy eating lifestyle from an unhealthy lifestyle.

6. Set Goals and Write Down WHY

It usually happens with us both women and men that we may not stick to our goal for a longer period of time.

Yes, we aim to make big changes in our life, but after some time our motivation just seems to disappear entirely.

8. Don’t Try to be a Perfectionist in Your Journey

Losing weight is a journey for us women, not a race. So don’t try to be a perfectionist.

Just follow your plan every day and go with the flow.

You should have enough patience with you on your journey because patience is the ultimate pathway to success.

What matters is to achieve your goal of living healthier than before.
