I started drinking green tea on a daily basis when I was in Taiwan.

It seems that everyone over there is carrying a bottle with some type of good tea.

Anyways, since then I’ve started to begin my day with a cup of green tea.

For me it is the smell and taste that I like the most!

And so it has almost become like a morning ritual for me. I like the process of making and drinking it.

When I am drinking it, I usually do nothing else and I just sit down on the sofa.

The process of making and drinking it, gives me enough time to prepare for the day and to reflect a bit.

It also gives me lots of healthy vitamins, minerals and caffeine for the day.

And that’s what this article is about. If you are not a coffee drinker, then try out green tea. If you don't want to read it until the end. Below the green tea I use!

How to Make Green Tea

It is not very difficult to make.

These instructions will help you make the optimal cup of green tea. 

First boil your water and then let it cool down for a couple of minutes.

If you add fully cooked water with your green tea, then it will burn the leaves and also all the health benefits will be gone.

Then add your bag of green tea and leave it for 3-5 minutes.

There is a chance of having a bitter taste if you leave your bag longer than that.

Green tea is a good way to have healthy habits in place that will keep you in shape all the time. The more green tea you drink, the less sugary beverage you’ll drink.
