The truth? The reason why you are not losing weight? It is all about having a winner’s mindset.

Once you have acquired this, you will be able to achieve anything that life holds for you.

Most people that are not able to lose weight only have this single flaw when thinking about losing weight.

They do not plan the hardships and struggles they are about to have in their weight loss journey.

Most people only imagine the good stuff in their head, their sexy beach body after 1 month of exercising in the gym and how they will attract all the men in the city.

The reality is that there will be days that you don’t want to go to the gym, there will be days that the scale will go up, there will be days that you don’t want to eat healthy.

What do most people do when they come across an obstacle or difficult moment?

They quit.

They quit and wonder why they just can’t lose any weight.

If they only knew beforehand that there would be some really dark moments during their weight loss journey and if they had imagined it and visualized it, they would know this would happen and they would continue, no matter what.

This is what winners do.

They plan and visualize ahead. Not only the good stuff. 

But also the dark moments, the days that they will be depressed. 

The days that they feel lonely and powerless.

They know when they are executing their plan that this will happen and they continue and go ahead, no matter what.

Not demanding enough of yourself, you know inside, inside your hear, inside your brain that you can do more. And you were born to win, trust me.

You are not pushing yourself as hard as you should be. You are capable of much more, so challenge yourself.

Be realistic when planning and visualizing your journey ahead.

Understand there will be bad and depressing moments.

Know this and you are set up for success. This counts not only for weight loss but for any other aspect in life.

Clean Eating Ideas

Another concept that is widely wrongly grasped is that weight loss is all about working out.



I know people who ran 10K marathons and gained even more weight.

I know people who frequently visit the gym but still are overweight. The problem? Mindset again…

First some straight facts.

Running long distances causes stress to your body and mind.

After your running session, your body will crave for food and you will have crazy binge sessions. This happens in real life. 

I personally like to run sometimes a week just to clean my head and thoughts and enjoy the nature and bustling life around me.

But it is not the best way to lose weight. It is good to keep yourself in shape. But weight loss and keeping yourself in shape are not the same things.

It is all about how you eat and what you eat.

Avoid quick results and be real and honest with yourself. Know it is going to take some time and it is not going to happen overnight.

Try to eat as natural as possible. Stick as close to mother nature as you possibly can. Why? Food from Mother Nature is full of good nutrients and low in sugar content.

You want to detox from sugar and fat (processed) foods if you want to lose weight fast.

Think of eggs, fish, lean meat, fruit, vegetables, seeds and nuts. These all are products of Mother

Nature and provide all the vitamins, minerals, fat and protein your body really needs.

All other products like donuts, muffins, ice-cream, chips, candy, crackers, bread, sausages, butter are all processed foods and contain either too much salt/sodium or sugar + other hidden additives/chemicals.

These are just NO GOOD for your body. Not good when you want to lose weight, and neither if you want to live a happy and healthy life.

Let me share with you some clean eating hacks and tips that you can implement to live a fuller and healthier life to lose weight.

Coconut Oil

The beauty of coconut oil is that it is concentrated and that you can use it several purposes in weight loss.

Use it instead of sunflower or vegetable oil to cook with.

You can use it on your bread instead of margarine or just eat a spoon straight from the jar.

It boosts your metabolism and helps you to be active, what is also good to be more physically active.

This goodie is unknown to most people but it is full of health benefits not only related to our weight.

Think of white teeth and skin. You can do so much more with coconut oil.

Apple Cider Vinegar

I make my apple cider drink (ACV) every single DAY.

Especially when I am going to be out of the house for a long time and won't be back until evening.

The real good component in ACV for weight loss is called “acetic acid” It helps to make you feel full and it improves your digestion process.

Imagine if your intestines are not working in the right way and it fills up with waste, what will cause you to gain weight.

We know it is made out of apples and that apples are good.

It is super concentrated so that means we only need two teaspoons of ACV to make this detox drink. 

I put two teaspoons in my bottle and fill it up with water.

Mix it and drink it with a straw to avoid enameling of the teeth.

ACV really helps to limit your calorie intake and to improve the internal body’s system. I always use Bragg and keep a dozen of these in my kitchen.

I like to add these on top of my water intake so that I literally avoid the temptation of impulsively buying a Coke or fruit juice outside.
