You actually can be on the right track. You eat less and workout often. However, you still find your weighing scale to go up.

This is an indication that you are eating the right foods, but practice the wrong habits.

A common issue and one that can be easily tackled.

Eating less of foods like: muffins, croissants, donuts, cake, brownies and all kinds of other bakery stuff is not good enough.

These “dry” foods are full of calories and sugar and even eating a little bit can already offset the way your body works.
