For example, if you weigh about 180 pounds, you should drink about 90 ounces of water a day.

Always keep in mind that it is pounds to ounces.

Drinking half of your weight in water will not just help you lose weight for it can also keep other parts of your body such as tendons, muscles, and joints well lubricated when working out.

To make the most out of this, pick your favourite tumbler and fill it with the amount of water you must consume.

Drink at least 15 ounces as soon as you wake up in the morning and then take the past 2 ounces right before you go to sleep.

Do this every day and you will surely see changes in your weight after one month.

2.    Avoid White Rice 

-    If you’re a frequent rice eater then it’s time to make better choices.

White rice is notorious for helping people gain weight through its carb-packed grains.

Avoid that by opting for healthier options such as wild, black, red, brown, and even quinoa.
