I know it can be quite overwhelming trying to figure out which of the thousands of protein bars out there best suit a keto diet.

That’s exactly why I’ve picked out 6 keto friendly protein bars I highly recommend based on taste and nutrition value.

Some I love more than others but all the protein bars I mention below are not ranked in any way.

1. Perfect Keto Protein Bars

These keto friendly protein bars are literally “perfect” in every sense of the word!

It’s partly sweet, kinda salty almond butter brownie taste hits the spot especially when you’re craving while on a keto diet.

It’s rather addicting, honestly. Not that there’s anything wrong with munching on a couple of bars every now and then as it’s filled with all the goodies your body needs.

The Perfect Keto Protein Bar is free from added sugars and sugar alcohols.

Instead, it uses stevia to sweeten this protein bar to perfection.

 It is also gluten-free and dairy-free, making it a great option if you’re sensitive to those ingredients.

Based on the ingredients list, it contains soluble tapioca fiber, sunflower lecithin, collagen protein, cacao butter, organic almond butter, organic cocoa, almond butter and sea salt – all natural and mostly organic.

One bar gives you 10 grams of protein and only 3 grams of carbohydrates, which is a winner in my list!

Honestly, I can’t say anything bad about these keto friendly protein bars!

If you’re looking for something that can fuel you for about 4 hours or so, aka a keto friendly meal replacement that you can just chuck in your bag and go, I highly recommend InstaKetones Protein Bars.

I’ve heard a lot of rave reviews about this orange-flavored protein bar and I can only say it truly lives up to the hype.

InstaKetones Protein Bars pack 15 grams of protein, 14 grams of fiber and 8 grams of fat per bar.

That means it has just the right amount of fat to help your body stay in ketosis mode while keeping you “full” (courtesy of fiber) until your next keto compliant meal.

The Keto-Crave Energy Bars contain the perfect amount protein-fat-carbohydrates ratio with each bar providing you 9 grams of protein, 16 grams of fat and just 5 grams of carbs.

It also contains 8 grams of fiber which help tide you over your next keto meal or keto-friendly snack.

What I really like about this cocoa almond-flavored protein bar is that it also has MCT oil. MCT, short for medium-chain triglycerides, is a kind of fat that’s naturally found in oils like coconut oil and palm kernel oil and dairy products.

Although it is technically fat, it is the type of fat that doesn’t sit around (and give you flabs) and one that makes an excellent source of energy when you’re body is in ketosis mode.

MCT fats have been scientifically proven to promote weight loss, increase endurance and boost energy levels, contribute to better brain health and lowers cholesterol and blood sugar levels.

4. Bulletproof Collagen Protein Bars Review

Are you obsessed with collagen protein (and the softer, suppler skin that follows thereafter)?

Each bar contains less than 10 very familiar ingredients, except maybe erythritol, a sugar alcohol that tastes just like sugar minus the calories. Stevia is also in the mix.

Keto Bars are homemade and are undeniably delicious.

Bursting with flavor, they are surprisingly moist and quite dense.

I think even people who aren’t on a ketogenic diet can appreciate the taste of these keto friendly protein bars!

It is naturally-sweetened and has zero added or artificial sugars. It is also gluten and soy free!

What I really like about Pegan Protein Bars is the variety.

It comes in 2 variants: thin and thick and each variant comes in 5 flavors: lava chocolate, sweet sunflower, vanilla cinnamon twist, ginger snap cookie and cinnamon raisin roll.

The taste may take some getting used to but it’s definitely a neat option for vegans and vegetarians out there in need of clean protein!
