You get up after 7/8 hours of laying in your bed, then you sit down to read the newspaper or watch the news.

After getting ready you head out to your job where you(mostly) sit hours in a row…. You come back from and you start to sit down to watch Netflix.

So let’s have a look, what is exactly the problem… That’s right the lack of active movement in the daily schedule.

If you have a life like this and you want to remove all the fat in your thighs, then you need to realize that there is no “magic solution” that comes and solves your problem overnight.

How to Get Rid of Stubborn Thigh Fat 

What do you need to do, so that you can wear your favorite shorts at the beach?

First, you need to put some time apart for some exercises.

Thick thighs merely imply that you are very busy and therefore don’t work out a lot.

So now we got the key element.

We only need to add some elements as to make sure that you will have the perfect thighs for the rest of your life.

The exercises need to be FUN & EASY. Why these elements?

This is because you are just too BUSY in life! And if you hate the exercises, you will not do them on a daily basis.

How to Lose Thigh Fat – Exercises

1. Leg Stretch

This stretching exercise you need to do for at least three sets and is good for the blood circulation.

Sit upright with your legs joined and stretched.

Slowly move the legs from each other as far as possible

Now go and touch your right foot with both hands and breath in when doing

Take your hands back and relax a bit

Shift to the left side and repeat

Do this 12 times.

2. Legs Up

Lie down on the floor facing the ceiling.

Keep your palms facing down and relax

Lift your legs at a 30-degree angle from the ground

Hold for five seconds and relax your legs by bringing them down to the floor

Repeat this 12 times.

3. Scissor Kick

Lie straight on the mat, and place your hands behind your head

Lift your leg slowly and keep both the legs straight.

Now move with your legs like a scissor opens and close, by vertically moving them apart

Do this 15 times for each leg.

If you get ok with the intensity of the exercises, then repeat the frequency and level up.

For example, instead of 1 Leg stretch, Legs up and Scissor Kick do them all three times in the morning.

If you get comfortable with this, do it again in the evening.
