You Are Eating the Wrong Foods

Yes, you read it right the first time.

A gain of weight can always be linked to either a pattern of eating the wrong foods or consuming too much foods.

Fast weight gain is most likely to be a factor of the two earlier mentioned.

Sounds so simple, but I am dead serious.

This is mainly because of simple process that takes place in our body.

When the body gets too much sugar inside the body, think of eating the wrong foods or either too much of the wrong foods, then your blood sugar level is not able to handle all of that sugar.

What happens next is that the body begins to store all that extra sugar as fat.

When this happens frequently and too much then weight gain is happening much faster than normal and losing weight becomes harder as normal as well.

How to Reverse This Process?

Think of all the times you had enjoyed life a bit too much.

I understand that once in a while a Frappuccino from Starbucks is delicious, but do you need to have one every single day?

Just reflect a bit and think of other times this happened. 

It is perfectly fine to enjoy the finer things so now and then.

However, if you want to lose weight fast it is important to remove these items out of your daily diet. 

Begin with a 12 or 24 hour fast. Let your body use and burn the internal fat resources so the body’s system can get back to normal again.

Once this is done it is time to eat the right foods and turn your body into a fat burning machine. So let’s dive into this right away!

Do a Carb Detox

So first question: what are carbohydrates?

Carbohydrates can be found in almost anything that you consume daily. 

Think of white rice, bread, pasta and dairy. 

Carbohydrates are dangerous for you when you want to lose weight because they cause for a spike in your blood sugar level.

When this happens to often, then your body can’t remove the sugar and use it for energy, but instead the body will store the sugar as fat.

The hormone insulin is responsible for this whole process and when this happens you might be insulin resistant.

So that is why it is important to remove carbohydrates entirely from your diet.

This so your body can have a break and gets the time to reset itself.

When you are insulin resistant your body does not only store more fat, it will also prevent your body from burning any fat.

So in essence you will be gaining weight no matter what you do.

What to do?

Do a carb detox and remove all carbs from your diet.

Do this for 2-3 weeks and after that you can add carbs slowly back into your diet. Important is to remove them completely in the beginning.

​Processed Foods are the Root of All Weight Gain

Think of 80% of the food that you find in the local grocery store.

You should remove all type of processed foods from your daily diet. 

We are talking about anything that is processed, is in a can, package and pre-made.

Even the pre-made salads are a no-go, this because the dressing contains tons of calories and sugars that it is actually harmful for your body than good.

What to do?

Go all natural. Only get food from the grocery store that comes without a label. Think of fruits, vegetables and lean meat.

Have lots of protein if you want to lose a lot of weight.

This basically means a lot of meat and fish. Think of fatty fish such as salmon. 

You can also have either chicken or beef. Protein rich foods will make you feel full pretty quick and it is hard to over eat on these foods.

Even if you over eat on protein rich foods, then it isn’t that bad for you as you as these foods contain the good nutrients that your body needs.

No soda’s anymore

Soda’s and all kinds of sugary drinks are forbidden.

Literally anything that is processed, this includes also water with a flavor.

The goal is to remove all sugar, and additives out of your diet and body.

Processed foods contain additives so it has a longer shelf life and sugar as to make it taste better for the consumer.

What to do?

Drink lots of water. Water is good to cleanse your system and remove waste and toxins from the body.

Black coffee and green tea are the only other drinks allowed when you want to lose weight fast.

These are known to be weight loss stimulant drinks.

Move, move move!

If you want to start losing weight fast, then you need to get your metabolism up and running on full speed.

You can do this by eating the right type of foods.

But also by doing a good old high-intense cardio training. 

This basically means that you do a high-interval training where you rest in-between.

A potential danger is that after these intense training sessions, your body will crave for food to recover well.

This is completely normal but is not so good if you want to lose weight fast.

These cravings will make you consume more calories than you actually burned.
